We are offering you complete turkey RUTF processing plant as per our discussion in the meeting. The forte of Wahal Engineers lies in providing a complete turnkey solution for food processing. The quoted plant comprises of a complete line for processing of roasted peanuts to RUTF. The process begins from loading of roasted nuts into the feeding hopper which conveys the roasted nuts to the main processing vessel, other ingredients like oil, emulsifier, etc. Are then dosed into the vessel and the paste so formed is then transferred to the homogenizer for perfect mixing, homogenizing and emulsification of the oil with the paste. The solid ingredients are then transferred to the main processing vessel through the vacuum suction where the homogenizing/ mixing takes place and the prepared product is then transferred to a heat exchanger for pasteurization of the prepared product and then is finally transferred to the metal detector. The prepared product is then pumped into the filling line where the product is filled in the 92-gram sachets and then sealed. The prepared sachets are then conveyed to the final outlet.

The major machinery included in our plant installation are explained further in the table. Beside this, piping, valves and base frames, ladders etc. have been included. Erection & piping of utility line, civil work, electric work is not in our scope. All the technical specification of the utilities has been elaborated in the relevant section.
